Brandt Morain Studios, LLC

$10,000 Finder's Fee Offered!!

Yep, it's true.

Do you have strong insider contacts to a Record Label?
Are you an A&R representative for a Record Label??
Is you ex-husband the night janitor at CBS Records?

If so, then you will like our $10,000 (USD) finder's fee offered to the right person who can
help us secure a recording/distribution deal with a Record Company or Record Label.
This offer is also made to any A&R representatives.

Here is how it works.

You, the finder, work with your connections and contacts to get the attention of a record
companies A&R representatives and make them interested in "Brandt Morain Volume One".
Once you think the proper contacts are established then you and your contacts offer a
proposal that indicates that the record company is interested in entering into negotiations.
Jared M. Brandt and Eddie B. Morain, Sr, and/or our contract attorney William Faler will
then review all proposals sent to us.  If we like the initial proposal, then we will enter into
negotiations with the recording company.   If we are able to negotiate a deal that we like,
then you will receive the finders fee when we sign the recording/distribution contract.

You must establish the connections and interest yourself in order to qualify for the Finder Fee.
Jared and Eddie will only get involved once you have generated the interest of the record
company.  This approach must be used in order to prove your involvement as the Finder.

Of course, if you are already an A&R representative then this is much easier for you.

We offer two finder's fee options.

Option 1:
We will pay you a flat one-time finder fee of $10,000 (USD),

or

Option 2:
We will pay you 10% of all royalties that Jared M. Brandt and Eddie B. Morain, Sr collect
from the record company from the CD sales of "Brandt Morain Volume One".

Jared and Eddie will pay the finder's fee only when a deal that we approve has been
finalized and signed between us and the record label or record company.  We reserve the
right to reject all proposed record deals for any reason.  So, it is in the finder's best interest
to secure the best possible contacts for us.   The better the proposal, the better your chances
are to receive the finders fee.

We will not pay for any expenses associated with your efforts as a finder.  All costs incurred
while securing the contacts will be your own.

If there are multiple persons involved in your contact network to the recording company, then
you will have to work out the percentages of the finder's fee paid to each of those persons, in writing,
prior to receiving any finders fee from us.

If you are ready to offer a proposal to us or have any questions, then please send a direct message
or a reply message to us at our Twitter site.  Be sure to title the message,
"$10,000 FINDER'S FEE PROPOSAL" in all capital letters.   Once we see your proposal message,
we will contact you and set up a private conversation.

We get about 25 direct messages a day at Twitter so if you don't title the message we might miss it.
Please do not use our email address.  Our email account has become absolutely flooded since we
released the album and the odds are very high that we will miss your message.

We will be watching for your proposals.  We look forward to working with you.

Thanks for your time,

Jared and Eddie
